If it the materials are not specified, it is made with eco-friendly fabrics. Eco-friendly fabrics are our primary selection for all Grand Royalty pieces.

We implement the use of eco-friendly fabrics to create a safer planet for us, our children, and the generations to come.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3-14 business days, depending on which delivery option you choose. We DO NOT ship with USPS. Our shipping carriers are currently with UPS, FedEx, or DHL until further notice.

If you are ordering your product internationally, please allow some time for customs to clear shipping of your product. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. You can also use your tracking number to locate your package in real time.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Grand Royalty, Inc. will not charge tax on product on top of price of product is stated online. All international fees imposed for shipping is based on location in the world.

International Shipping Policy

Grand Royalty, Inc. ships any and all orders internationally and worldwide. International rates are subject to shipment carriers and mode of transportation that customer selects. Grand Royalty ships international orders with DHL. 

We have a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

When your return is accepted, you shall provide shipping label, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package to receive a refund. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment.

Damages and issues
If product is damaged returns will not be accepted. See exceptions for further instruction.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like digital goods ( such as e-books and pamphlets), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you receive an item and it doesn't fit you can exchange your item for another size at no charge to you, if said the requested size of product is in inventory. Please contact Grand Royalty to confirm whether the requested product has the additional sizing.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved within 5 days. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
